      My role here has expanded and grown a great deal during my tenure. Progressing from basic customer service into becoming a multi talented point of contact. Initially I was tasked with addressing only concerns that related to the customers in game experience. I then moved on to Billing and Account Management to cover anything regarding payment issues and technical support. Aside from the core focus of my position, I have also worked on many projects, become a subject matter expert and internal point of contact to liaise between departments. I have embraced opportunities to work as Receptionist in an "as-needed" role and assisted with the planning, evolution and completion of events management I was tasked with providing peer-to-peer coaching and have worked with the local community by assisting with work experience visitors and organising charity events and fundraisers.
