Chelsea designed the invitations for the American Heart Association San Diego Division's Heart Beach Ball, our annual gala. The invitations she produced not only showed her skills as a graphic designer, but also her ability to respond creatively to suggestions and feedback. Chelsea is a pleasure to work with, she provided quality work on a tight deadline and I hope to work with her again in the future.

Dance Marathon is a nationwide organization that works to raise money for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. Essentially, there is an event, a 12 hour "dance party" if you will, which concludes a year of fundraising. All our proceeds go directly to The Cincinnati Children's Miracle Network Hospital. As President, I oversaw a team of 60 hardworking individuals, held weekly meetings, planned and participated in fundraising events, all while in the name of FTK (for the kids). Being a part of a non-profit is an amazing experience and I loved every minute of it. This year we raised over $40,000 for Cincinnati Children's Hospital! Show less

In 2011, I became part of Miami University's Dance Marathon. I worked to rebrand Dance Marathon's image on Miami's campus and to help establish a brand that people would remember, that would stick around for years to come. By far one of the most fulfilling design jobs I have ever held. In 2011, I became part of Miami University's Dance Marathon. I worked as sales representative for Coco & Lilly at my local mall in Columbus, Ohio. This was a summer and winter break job that allowed me to work in a very personable environment. Worked to restock inventory and complete sales. I also had trustworthy responsibilities, such as running the cash register, and closing up at the end of the work day. I worked in the Daycare at Scioto Reserve Country Club. There was always a team of 5-6 girls working with the children at all times. The ages of the kids ranged from 6 weeks to 12 years. Accomplish daily tasks such as spending time with and taking care of the kids, cleaning and locking up. I learned a lot about responsibility and accountability in a structured group setting.
