I am fiercely passionate about providing high-quality, evidence-based treatment for my clients. My interest in treating children and adolescents with eating disorders was sparked because I wanted to find a treatment model that was proven to be effective. This led me to Family Based Treatment (FBT), also known as Maudsley Family Therapy, which is the first-line treatment recommendation for adolescents with eating disorders (Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, and ARFID). I also work with children and adolescents who struggle with Binge Eating Disorder and other eating concerns, as well as other issues such as depression and anxiety, using a CBT approach.
