      Following a successful independent pitch to the Head of IT and Delivery, I was invited to spend some time in several key departments within the John Lewis Partnership Head Office. I learnt a huge amount there, being able to sit in on several real consumer testing sessions, giving a real insight into their UX and AI process. Their marketing strategies were incredibly interesting, specifically the work they were doing at that time to increase foot fall in their stores by improving the quality of customer experiences.
