I directly commission the feature articles (minimum 4 per issue) and the art review section, (average 40 per issue.) I manage the editors for the rest of the Rail’s 10 sections, and work with the designer to layout the print issue. · Grown the art review section by nearly 50% over five years. · Guided my team through the abrupt transition to remote work and then into a hybrid model without missing a single issue. · Worked with editors and writers to identify creative ways to continue covering the arts during unprecedented closures.
