Used simulated evolutionary data (phylogenetic trees and fitness data) generated in TREvoSim () to assess the impact of a more complex individual fitness landscape on the evolution of diversity and disparity, in hopes of better understanding the 'Cambrian Explosion'. Analyses were carried out in RStudio, with raw data having to be manipulated into usable .csv files and then converted into formats suitable for multivariate analysis. Results were conveyed through NMDS plots as well as box plots. Show less
