Responsible for the design, development and implementation of Armenia's first multi-modal dry-port Industrial Zone facility advising the Minister of Economy directly. Key Achievements • Logistics geo-mapping for the country incorporating a dry-port, logistic centres and ICDs • Propose policies to promote simplified export and customs procedures • Support FMCG and SME requirements for the implementation of ethical business practices • Establish the foundations and policies for the development of a dry-port special economic zone • Advise on regional bilateral agreements and joint infrastructure propagation • Authored the project scope, market analysis and masterplan proposal • Authored the project’s prefeasibility report, conceptual design and government presentation • Influenced the enactment of the United Nations Convention of Landlocked States Show less
