Responsibilities: • Evaluates business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing digital and technical solutions. • Conducts meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings with department heads, the executive team and key business stakeholders. • Participates in strategic research initiatives that will identify and evaluate technologies to build new capabilities at ACCC and support the execution of innovative ideas. • Finding opportunity spaces and recommend relevant features, analyzing customer insights and industry technical and digital trends. • Develops testing plans to ensure that applications and upgrades function properly. • Supports new product features throughout the product lifecycle by implementing and documenting feedback. • Work with various departments to assist with the translation of business needs into application software requirements. • Assist in the build, testing, launch and overall vision execution by providing a go-to-market strategy for ACCC’s mobile application and any future digital products. • Manage productivity and digital content from the Content Section team on user engagement, conversion and metric goals. • Manage Product Section for service quality and ensure costs are in line with ACCC’s user experience and product budgets. • Establish product, content and vendor section best practices and SOPs • Define measurable outcomes for the product, content and vendor sections and regularly track and report on progress. • Identify, and track critical performance metrics and timelines throughout the life of the digital product lifecycle.
