I have known Casey for over 2 years, having met her through a professional network. I have seen her in action with current and perspective clients and her attention to detail and follow-up are second to none. Her approach is simple - she asks them - "How can I serve you?" and then probes to get the root cause of their pain. She then develops a solution that will exceed their expectations.
