Carrie was integral in my decision to join Davis Wright Tremaine. She recruited me and left a lasting impact on my memories of the interview process - she was extremely caring, considerate, and responsive. There are very few people who know how to balance the needs of an organization with the desires of the employees, and Carrie is certainly one of the few. Throughout my tenure at Davis Wright Tremaine, I worked with a few different departments; ultimately landing in HR Onboarding & Integration, where I am fortunate enough to work directly with Carrie in a different capacity.
