Carolyn is a rare find in marketing/sales development in that she can take an idea from RFP/concept all the way through to the results phase, tweaking programs as they run to make sure both the clients and users needs are met. She knows how to manage people in different functions, provides insightful input and ideas, knows how to get needed buy in from the editorial and sales organizations, has excellent client/agency relationships and is a pleasure to work with every day. TMZ is not always an easy sell to blue chip clients and the agencies that represent them, but Carolyn has found a way to create programs that not only broken new business, but had those brands returning business as well. She was also key in breaking the first cross platform programs (TV, digital, mobile) for clients like Sony and Dr. Pepper. She is an excellent addition to any sales marketing team and a true professional.
