Carina's professional growth during her nearly 5 years at Lyric has been truly, truly remarkable. When I joined the company over 3 years ago, she was responsible for so much - single-handedly launching new markets by doing all the planning, procurement, designer and vendor sourcing, utilities, and physical move-in of the units, to handing off to our Hospitality team to manage going forward (while helping trouble-shoot). Her growth since then has been incredibly - from building and leading Launch teams, to quarterbacking our most important and critical expansion projects.
