Through his time with Localiza, he managed to: 1. Build the team from 1 to 8 people, leading hiring and training; 2. Design and develop the processes, strategy and analysis tools that completely changed short duration rental (<1 month) pricing, impacting revenues with a 30%+ average yoy revenue growth, in a mature market in a recession period in Brazil; Through this time, the pricing team became regarded as a top notch team within the company, growing in responsibilities (specially through the addition of more pricing segments). Some months after Caio’s departure, all 4 initial analysts that composed the team (3 of which had their hiring process conducted by Caio) were promoted to coordinators and started leading their own teams. That was about 2 years after all their additions to the pricing team. From jan/2016 up to ago/2019 (time of this update), Localiza’s stock has steadily increased from ~R$7 to ~R$45, with dynamic pricing strategy being mentioned in analyst reports as a major improvement in the company’s asset management.
