  In my job, I have the opportunity to manage several projects at the same time from the beginning (when the client contact us to realize a project) to the end (when we project is over and we send him the bill). For every project I manage, I am the privileged contact of the customer: I answer his questions, his needs and I look for solutions to his problems. Customer satisfaction is indeed very important in my position.
