Rudolph Quick
During my tenure at Kroger, I had the pleasure of hiring and working side by side with Bill. During the 2011 and 2012 I hired Bill to come in and evalaute two of our major lines at the Columbus Bakery, work with green belt teams on site, and help develop standardized processes. Within a year of working side by side with Bill we were able to reduce waste by 35 to 40% which resulted in over $700,000 in savings. We also worked in putting together the plant list of green belt projects to reduce waste plant wide. Bill was very instrumental in helping drive results and developing the people. Even though Bill was a contractor, he was a member of my leadership team. Bill walks the talk and delivers the results. He is a great leader that cares about the people and process. It was a pleasure working with Bill. He was an asset that kept delivering.
