I had the pleasure of working for Air Terminal Gifts early in my marketing career and reported directly to Brooke. I really enjoyed working for her and feel that I was given a lot of freedom from her to learn many new skills. I learned a lot about Marketing from her expertise in this field and felt that I was working under a very skilled person. I feel that her leadership style is very unique and that it inspires her employees to think outside the box and feel confident in their tasks. While working for her I saw her juggle many projects and manage a large group of people, all while making it look easy. I was inspired by her attitude and skills, which drove me to want to get to her level. I feel that she will always be a very valuable player in any organization and department she manages.
