Retail Area Manager
-
Apr 2014 - Jan 2016
I was proud to have led a team of 11 shop Managers and 350+ Volunteers as the Area Retail Manager for Julia's House. During my time in this role I introduced Retail policies and procedures in order to drive a consistent approach to managing all aspects of the operation including the Customer experience. I am very passionate about people and my leadership style is well respected by all members of the direct and wider team. My proudest moment was when the Retail profit for 2015 exceeded the trustees expectation and I was able to celebrate the improvements in performance with the Retail team. Julia's House is the only Children's hospice charity in Dorset dedicated to helping life-limited children and their families across the county and in South Wiltshire. Show less
