Brian interned with the Hornets in the summer of 2016. Selecting Brian as our intern that summer was one of the best decisions we have made as an organization. From day one, he came in ready to work and was even more valuable to our scouting group by the time he left at the end of the summer. He arrived in Charlotte with a lot of good experience under his belt, but didn't let that keep him from growing in a multitude of ways throughout his time in Charlotte, all while taking on any and every project thrown his way. No task is too big or small for Brian and he isn't afraid to ask a question or find new, more efficient ways to complete a task. He takes a lot of pride in his work and always puts forth his best effort. Most importantly, Brian was a terrific culture fit for our front office. He came in to the work every morning with a smile on his face and was a positive presence every single day. I feel strongly that any company or organization would benefit greatly by bringing Brian on board.
