I enjoyed working with and supervising Brian while at Newport News Waterworks. Brian is an excellent developer. He is self-driven to create value and to understand how his products improve organizational processes. To better support our needs, he took on learning SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and converted many legacy-formatted extracts. Brian worked with teammates and users to build customizations like filtering, sorting, and graphics into the reports. While supporting our mainframe systems he identified and implemented optimizations to a major integration that decreased replication times from hours to minutes. This in-turn enabled a major asset management project to move forward that required multiple refreshes per day.
