Brennan is a great operations leader who blends the hard tactical skills required to effectively manage logistics, accounting, and headcount with the soft skills needed to lead a team in an often chaotic environment. He clearly cared about his employees and worked hard to create an environment that let people do their best work while helping the company grow. Despite the constant pressure of shifting consumer demands, COVID and impacts on logistics, and frequently changing business goals, Brennan kept a cool head and served as a rock for dozens of people at the company who looked to him for leadership and guidance. He also successfully stood up, staffed, and ran a large production facility in another country, substantially increasing the company’s manufacturing capacity while keeping the same quality expected of two premium brands. While ‘reliable’ doesn’t seem like an exciting adjective, when it comes to your operations leader, you want somebody you can count on to keep the lights on no matter what and give your business a strong foundation from which to grow — that’s Brennan.
