Daily Scheduling of jobs, supervising 10-15 technicians and cleaners, writing emergency service, contentpack out, structure and content cleaning estimates using xactimate for the insurance companies. Atmark 1 restoration one of my many responsibilities are to take the calls from the insurance companiesor home owners so we can assist with water, fire, and mold damages. After the claim information isgathered, I then am in charge of providing a scope of work by proving a sketch and generating anestimate using xactimate. Once scope is agreed I then dispatch our crews over to assist in the cleanupand restoration that is needed. Handle all the purchasing of equipment, supplies, and materials neededto perform these daily tasks. In charge of handling all maintenance issues and cleanliness of all workvehicles and equipment. Site inspections are required on all claims received by Mark 1 so I have greatcommunication and customer service skills needed in any environment.• Managing up to 40 projects a month

Was in charge of operating a crane that lifted all the transmissions that were repaired in the dynochamber. Was in charge of inventory of all repaired transmissions, so when they were ready to be shippedout they were easily found. Packaged all the purchased transmissions and parts to be ready for shipment.Operated a forklift to place new orders onto shelving and racking. Was in charge of inventory and making sure our entire department was fully stocked with products thatwe had in stock. Scheduling daily shifts for the departments associates. Operated both a cherry pickerand forklift to fill racking with new supplies that would come off the daily delivery trucks. Staging andsetting up new end caps for each season and holidays. Was in charge of running a overnight crew for storerenovation which entailed moving racking, beams, and shelving all over the store for a 3 week period.
