At the GlenPharmer Distillery I am responsible for cooking and plating all items at the pizza station including pizzas, sandwiches and charcuterie boards as well as any related prep needed to prepare these items. I maintain an orderly workstation by fulfilling daily and weekly cleaning tasks. I also work with the Chef and Sous Chef to develop special entree offerings.
