Major recommendations included the creation of HR centers of excellence, redefined roles for HR generalists, direct access to HR data by employees, service centers, and IT improvements. • Legal. Developed recommendations to reduce the costs of outside legal counsel and improve the internal productivity of a 93-person legal department ($196 million expenses, excluding litigation).
