I first met Redouane during his PhD thesis at LAAS-CNRS. More than his good and dense technical capabilities, his curiosity made him easy-to-work with. His social skills made us keep contact years after leaving LAAS-CNRS, and he naturally proposed me to join Magellium when I was looking for a new job. In few years, he became a very appreciated person in the company and was easily involved in several parts as technical expertise and studies, project management, commercial involvement, always thinking of the well being of every one. I had the opportunity to work with him in some projects and his permanent good mood is a real power for the team. His high level of technical knowledge give self-assurance to everyone. Technically speaking, the natural curiosity of Redouane and his ability to bring theoretical algorithms to reality allow him to get into any kind of projects without difficulty, keeping 'over-state-of-the-art' technologies as a goal.
