I had the pleasure to work with/for Bob during my 5+ years @ D&M Holdings. He was a true leader that earned respect from everyone that worked with him. He not only took the time to see that his employees were happy in their roles, but also mentored them to achieve greater goals and higher success within the company. I started at D&M in an entry level position and with Bob's guidance and advice shortly climbed the ladder to an Assistant Manager, and eventually Customer Service Manager. Any company that is looking for a true professional with dynamic coaching and expert leadership skills would be lucky to have him as part of their organization.
