  Co-inventor and designer of the MagnaVu Dental Procedure Scope. the first video microscope designed to allow dentists to work from a video monitor, instaed of leaning over the patient. Developed the original concept and grew it into a marketable and usable device. I used my contacts in the dental industry with publications and KOL's to get the product launched very economically. While there, developed the first LED Dental exam light, the MagnaLux in 2006, but was years ahead of the market.   Started as inside territory sales rep. Worked up the chain to VP and General Mgr positions. While there I saw ways to make better devices and developed smaller, portable intra-oral cameras, the Multi-Op Video network system, oversaw the developement of a new division, IDT, Integrated Dental Technologies. We created Practice Works PM Software, the first truly integrated dental software program that tied in Intraoral cameras, Schick digital X-ray, and Casey Patient Education into a single software program. it was way ahead of it's time and is now the standard for the modern dental office. While there, also helped develop and run the Woody Oakes lecture series on IO cameras and digital X-ray use. A highly rated and well attended CE seminar coarse that saw over 5,000 dentists and over 5,000 staff go through it over a 4 year period that generated nearly 1 million dollars in sales per month. and helped launch the lecture careers of many well known speakers and KOL's still active today.
