Bill is an exemplary inclusive leader. While leading the accessibility efforts of Magic Leap he also founded our accessibility employee resource group. Bill is a business savvy partner with deep expertise in accessibility and inclusive design. His technical competence along with his ability to quickly and adeptly understand new technologies helps amplify his impact and enables him to successfully influence people at all levels. He has a tremendous network and Bill is a true partner, teacher, and advocate for inclusion. I have been inspired by and learned so very much from Bill in the time we officially worked together and look forward to partnering with him again.

I had the opportunity to work with Bill during the last year as we partnered to integrate accessibility requirements and deliverables to the product development process. Bill is a remarkable professional, his vast experience on UX design and Digital Accessibility together with his passion for Inclusive Design makes him not just an asset to any company, but to their customers. He is hands-on and has a great ability to create synergy among partners, co-workers, and customers with ease. One of my fondest memories at Magic Leap was partnering with the Dan Marino Foundation and spending the day with their students as they experienced the Magic Leap device; and Bill was key to the organization and execution of these great activities. Not only has he served on numerous standards advising committees, but he is a frequent speaker at top forums for Accessibility. Working with Bill, as a team member and as a leader was an education and a true pleasure.
