I directed a large government and contractor (3,000+ FTE) staff overseeing the development and maintenance of hundreds of IT projects. Examples of customer-focused IT initiatives included: • Migrated over 800,000 active VA mailboxes to the cloud.• Migrated applications out of a 3rd party data center to the cloud saving the VA over $60M/year.• Implemented an initiative to to remind Veterans of medical appointments.
