  As a technical lead on Implementation projects, I am the primary technician to the configuration the company's software suite (CIS Infinity) to meet our clients requirements through the utilization of the application’s graphical user interface (GUI), and with the assistance of MS SQL and PowerShell scripting.   Sync Operator and Technical Analyst. Helping manage daily performance and exceptions of the AMI, MDM/R, ODS and CIS. Duties include implementation and testing of custom SQL rules for the ODS products for clients to help with daily exceptions and maximize the use of the AMI data. Other duties included performing system acceptance testing on the AMI systems for current and future releases which included documenting the results based on system test scripts.
