Ben is one of the strongest drilling managers I have ever worked with. His attention to detail but easy going nature make him a natural leader. However, Ben's ability to master other disciplines was aptly demonstrated when he temporarily took over another department. He took this in his stride and performed an admirable job. Now back in drilling and pushing his team to outperform all the time, the drilling department continues to beat previously made records almost weekly. We in subsurface worked closely with his team in determining optimal completion strategies. It is by ensuring that these kind of interfaces work that allows a company to progress. Working with Ben was a privilege in that there were no silos or sacred cows. I highly recommend Ben.
