      As a driver performance manager for ANC, I managed the home delivery fleet across a number of key aspects relating to their performance. The fleet, including drivers and offsides numbered up to 70 subcontractors, across 5 sites, for one of their main clients, a global brand. In my role I was responsible for onboarding new delivery teams ,as well as the ongoing training and development in key aspects involving, Loading and Unloading, Customer service, PDA use, Manuel handling techniques, NPS feedback and techniques, KPI improvement. I would perform, Driver audits, Uniform audits, Vehicle audits, Customer service audits and Compliance audits. I was involved in rolling out tool boxes across the fleet, and implementing the changes with training and development of the drivers. I played a significant role in COR, safety and compliance, along side operational feedback and reporting. I would regularly do ride alongs in the vehicles with the drivers, completing their entire manifest for the day, staring from stores or the distribution centre, loading, delivering to customers and back to pre load. I regularly reported back to State and National mangers, National Account managers, As well as worked directly with Clients onsite to co-ordinate operational issues, improve services, resolve customer complaints and issues.
