  Dipesh engineering works is the manufacturer's of pressure vessels,heat exchangers,Reactor, condenser etc. I'm working as Quality control engineer.My roles and responsibilities are as follows:- 1) I have to do all fabrication process es inspection according to the QAP (quality assurance plan).2) Maintaining the documentation as per QAP.3) I have to coordinate with the TPIA/AI( third party inspector).4) NCR's (non conformity reports) 5) Mataining calibration of all measuring tools and equipment's required during fabrication process.6) Radiographic testing (RT), Penetrant testing (PT) and Ultrasonic testing (UT) documentations.7) I have to make inspection of material as per BOM given in the fabrication drawing.8) (Load/No load) Performance Trial, Pneumatic Pressure test and hydrostatic pressure test inspection's.
