Responsible for leading and managing the setting-up of the programme through the delivery of online and live teaching sessions (Zoom). Began as a lead generator, generating leads in a growing company using my knowledge and sales experience to achieve targets and commission. Within months being promoted to Claims handler I was then collating and consolidating claims, liaising with insurance company and solicitors in validating claims. I then was promoted to Team manager which consisted of managing a team of 12. Training my team members and co-ordinating the teams accordingly to reach targets. The role also consisted of managing MI Reports, creating and maintaining team logs and dealing with discipline issues within the team when necessary.
