Ashley is talented, creative, passionate, enthusiastic and these are just a few words to describe her. Ashley came to Infant Massage USA to help organize and fundraise for our first annual conference. She emersed herself into the project and to the uniqueness of Infant Massage USA. She put her many talents to work and did a fantastic job. I have to admit that I was skeptical on how successful the conference would be but afterwards I was so impressed with the detail of her report as well as how successful it was. Soon after the conference, the position of Executive Director came available. She was offered the position and reluctantly accepted. She took a deep breath and stepped up to the challenge. As she grasped the multiple facets of the job, we could see her bloom. She had the platform to put all of her skills into practice and try new things. When the situation came up, she hired a person to help with membership/administration. She found an intern to help with marketing who later became a part-time employee. Another intern came along, and she found work that was meaningful for the intern and very helpful for IMUSA. Ashley is able to handle the many intricacies of IMUSA flawlessly. She has lovely skills that are helping IMUSA grow our membership and make them feel connected and valued. She has networked to gain valuable relationships and continues to expand. We look forward to continued growth with Ashley as our Executive Director.

As the President of the Board, it is my honor to provide a recommendation for Ashley Febvay, as Ashley came on at a precarious time in the agency. We were gearing up for our first Annual Virtual National Conference. Ashley, hit the ground running. She needed to hire a couple of people to support the success of the Conference. While Ashley became the new Executive Director in January of 2022 and the conference was scheduled for Jun3 6 & 7, 2022. The 1st Annual Conference of Infant Massage US was up and online on time and was a great success. We had significant speakers, a variety of topics, and an easy-to-use platform. Working directly with Ashley I know the level of activity and focus it took to work through problems with successful outcomes. I write with confidence the entire Executive Board is delighted with Ashley's performance and we are excited to begin working on the 2021 conference. Ashley's participation in the Boards Research and Education Committee has been invaluable as are her contributions to the other two committees. Our board does not come without its own challenges and Ashley is very diplomatic and maneuvers through personality challenges and keeps focused on the vision of the agency. She is a professional in every sense of the word. Ashley's prior experience fundraising, developing partnerships, and her administrative experience is serving our agency well.
