  DESIGNATION: DEPUTY PROJECT MANAGER (ELECTRICAL) ROLE: As a DPM- Electrical my responsibilities include working on huge project of Alliance about 8blocks with 20 floors each.  Preparation and execute the project as per consultant drawings and specifications.  Planning and Executing the electrical works for around 2000 flats(8Blocks)  Transformers, RMU, D.G, panel’s erection, commissioning and cable laying and terminations.  Check materials received on site in compliance with contractors approved submissions.  Inspect construction works that include builder works and installation as per shop drawings.  Co ordinate with structures and other services.  Check GFC drawings on site.  Inspect testing and commissioning for all services.  Check non conformity to specifications and drawings.  Assist other engineers upon the approval of shop drawings and material submittal.  Review contractor’s method statements, temporary work proposals, and personnel deployment schedule and duties allocation.  Administer and manage all submittals & approval process.  Monitor contractor’s activities on site concerning technical and contractual compliance  Monitor contractor’s progress concerning all program related issues.  Discuss with the other engineers all inter related construction functions including materials equipment and construction work sequence.
