Having Arturo as a coach has been one of the best things that happened to me. I started to work with him at the beginning of 2021 to get some insights into my professional life. I was convinced I only needed to improve in a few aspects to be able to accomplish all my dreams. From our first session, I discovered I could not be more wrong. Arturo is a great listener with a unique ability to ask the right questions at the right moment. He helped me to define my ‘desired situation’, which differed quite a lot from my ‘current situation’. I became aware that some of my fears and ‘blocks’ were just that, and that I could choose other paths. Arturo is a person that connects with the emotions and the ‘why’ of people, rather than just the ‘what’ and the rational facts. He guided me through unexplored paths where the heart and the emotions possessed a much more important area than the brain. During half a year we went through a quite intensive program with several exercises and reflections. Arturo was able to adapt to my pace, celebrate and recognize, but also push when it was needed. I must admit that my view and actions on different aspects of my life have dramatically changed. Now I am much more aware and conscious, not only of the external situation but the internal feelings and emotions which would help me be proactive and make decisions.
