[] Bail Application Drafting - One of the First tasks in this internship was to draft a bail application for a client in a dowry death case. During this task, I was fortunate to learn about the basics of drafting a legal document like bail, documents that are needed to attach with the bail, how to comprehend the given situation and describe it in the bail application to your favor, and most importantly this was my first time getting to know what does an official format of bail look like. [] Article Writing - One of the tasks during the internship was to write an article explaining any legal topic extensively. I chose to write on the topic of Surrogacy in India and the legislature around it. In that article, I shed light on what is Surrogacy, what are some recent development in the Surrogacy regulation rule 2022 and what was the history of surrogacy in India.
