He is very self-directed and great at problem solving, often engaging in engineering problems above his formal training. He is not afraid to ask questions and to work across all departments to find the answers he is looking for. During his internship, Arham showcased excellent CAD skills and his ability to work as a team toward completing a project. He will be a great engineer.
