As a global career development influencer and seasoned corporate facilitator, it was a pleasure to read an impactful book: ‘Confident Career Conversation’ How to Empower Your Employees to Develop Their Careers so They Never Want to Leave Your Organisation. by Antointee Olgethorpe. This book will be a game-changer in the world of work and a must read for Senior Management, HR, managers and employees. The book is written in a conversational and friendly manner with pragmatic, futuristic and evidence based content to increase employee employability and enjoyability. The manager questions are thought provoking, intriguing and leads to a mutually beneficial dialogue. The career conversation model and toolkit are need of current fragile times. I highly recommend to buy the book! Raza Abbas- Global Multi Awards Winning Inclusive Career Development, Corporate Facilitator, Coach

I first came across Antoinette through mutual friends who were running intellectual gatherings for HR thought leaders, and I have been exceedingly impressed at Antoinette's work in the area of career management and mentoring, particularly helping employees further proof their careers, and rethinking the concept of work to bring their whole selves to work. She is a fantastic inspirational speaker, yet she offers very practical thoughts, structured models and compelling stories that could be put into action immediately. In my opinion, her impressive work resonates well with today's changes and needs for a modern workplace where talents can thrive and flourish towards fulfilling their potential at work. I strongly recommend her as an exceptional keynote speaker, panellist, facilitator and consultant, she knows how to captivate the audience's minds, no matter what size is your event. I'm certain that her advice would be very helpful and useful for today's corporate and HR leaders who are keen to bring about positive changes in the post-digital age.
