To Whom It May Concern: At a time when an employer receives a multitude of interest on any posted job, it is difficult to know who to bring in for an interview and see exactly what that person may offer in skills and work ethic. To assist in that specific task, I would like to recommend Anthony (Ty) Copeland. I had the opportunity to work with Ty during my time at AT&T. He managed a crew of technicians tasked with installation and repair of AT&T’s U-Verse product. I was a manager who worked with the area manager and the crew managers to maintain specific goals and metrics relating to production, safety, and customer satisfaction. Ty is a very capable manager with skills that allow him to put those around him at ease. This is a great gift when working with his team when in the role of supervisor, but also works well when working with his peers. Ty takes his responsibilities seriously and makes sure that target dates and specific tasks are completed on or before the expected date or time. He has a tremendous sense of humor, while at the same time knowing when that gift is best deployed. Ty also brings a good work ethic with him. He is punctual and stays to complete the task at hand when necessary. He is also willing to take on added responsibilities when needed. I am certain that when given even the smallest opportunity, Ty will demonstrate his specific skill set that will bring value to any team with which he is a member. In today’s highly competitive market Ty will be a positive influence and valued member of any team or to any company.

Anthony is a self-starting manager who is aware of his goals. He looks for gaps in the process to push employees past the excuses. He is focused on results all the while fostering strong relations both internal and external. Anthony is a quick study of new trends incorporate them into his already busy workflow. Overall he is a well-rounded manager who will dive teams to higher levels than expected.

I lead a team that is in charge of installing and maintaining new and old technologies. These technologies are directly responsible for the customer experience. I assist my team in achieving their goals with a focus on providing first class service for our customers and various departments through-out AT&T. I coach my team to perform their tasks with a focus on safety first, followed closely by efficient and high quality work.

I led a team that was responsible for the installation and repair of the U-Verse product in the customer's home. I was able to coach my team to be top performers in all aspects of their job. My teams focused on safety first and they were able to provide an excellent product and service to our customer base. Additionally I was tasked with being heavily involved in a special training program with U-Verse technicians at the regional training center. I was involved with this special project for two years.
