Performed detailed analysis of 240+ court cases on Right to Health to identify trends in how courts interpreted the implementation issue concerning right to health. Analysed and summarized 60+ cases addressing ‘Property Ownership of Marginalized Communities’, ‘Customary Inheritance of Tribal Land’, and ‘Conflict and Contestation’ in Plural Land Regimes project. The research helped create a publicly accessible online database related to Regulatory Land Laws and Land Rights.
