Oversaw the department's day-to-day operations, which varied widely depending on the time of year. Managed the selection of innovative nonprofits and social enterprises to be recognized and supported as Social Innovators and Impact Entrepreneurs. Worked with the nonprofit leaders, social entrepreneurs, and a whole host of supporting actors—from consultants to coaches to in-kind partners and volunteers—to build the organizations’ capacities and map out their plans for growth. Organized Root Cause’s largest annual event, the Social Innovator Showcase, as well as tens of smaller ones. Oversaw the production of two annual publications, the Social Innovation Forum’s Social Impact Investment Guide and the Social Innovator Performance Report. Show less
