3D imaging of Nano-objects by illuminating with ultra-short X-ray flashes. This thesis is built around four axis:• Validation of the Nano-objects at BESSY-II (Berlin, Germany) in cooperation with UPMC (Paris, France) Verification of the magnetic behaviour of the designed samples in a confirmed source• Conception and realization of a x-ray source with adjustable parameters: The construction of a circularly polarized X ray source with adjustable wavelength from an existing laser source.• Design and implementation of a new imaging system to extract information fromthe Nano-objects. The creation of a new imaging system for diffusion and coherent holography and lastly the test of the samples containing nanostructures whose characteristic time of evolution after excitation is of the femtosecond order.• Comparison/Validation of the results with other sources such as SLAC (Stanford,USA) and BESSY-II (Berlin, Germany). Comparison with other light sources in order to validate the reliability of the imaging system In conclusion: - the new table-top source implemented allows a larger number of users to reach a different energy range and the possibility to study different phenomena - ground breaking results were extracted from the nano-structures using this validated source.
