I have completed with success the FELASA accredited course, 'Certificate Course in Laboratory Animal Science' (052/15), covered according to the Directive 2010/63/EU and the related EC guidelines (EC, 2014) with the following modules: 1, 2, 3.1, 4, 5, 6.1, 3.2, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 6.2 for the use of live animals (rat, mouse and fish) for handling teaching, minor invasive procedures teaching and humane methods of killing (Functions: A, B, C and D). I have been volunteering as a Research Officer in the ICMR-approved COVID-19 RTPCR and SARSCoV2 genetic surveillance lab belonging to the Molecular Virology Lab, Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Central University of Kerala.Previously I had worked as a Research Officer for National Health Mission for three months during the second wave of COVID-19 pandemic and lock down.
