Anita bistår med rekruttering av ledere og spesialister innenfor de fleste bransjer og er dyktig på strategi- og omstillingsprosesser. I sin stilling som daglig leder i Øygarden næringsutvikling hadde Anita ansvaret for utarbeidelse og iverksettelse av strategier for grønn næringsutvikling, omstilling og innovasjon. Med kompetanse på realisering av det største klimaprosjektet i norsk industri, bygget Anita et stort globalt nettverk av toppledere innen det grønne skiftet Anita har en MBA fra NHH i strategi og ledelse og en bachelor i kommunikasjon fra University of Washington. Hun har lang erfaring med å skaffe ressurser for å realisere vekst og omstilling helt fra tidligfase til børsnoterte selskaper. I sine 10 år i Connect, hvor hun siste tiden ledet Connect Business Angel Network, har Anita hjulpet gründerselskaper med markedstilgang, kapitalinnhenting og vekst.
