Rather than wait on the sidelines, I get on the ground (or sea) with operational issues ranging from EPIC contracts, rigs and drilling services, gas sales, marine and environmental issues as well as commercial and P&L issues. As an active part of the management, I advise the Board and senior management. My philosophy is to empower and lead others to be leaders. This I use through my coaching and developing emerging leaders in the company.
