  As the Education Director for West Coast Green, the nation's leading symposium on green innovation, I booked keynote speakers including Arianna Huffington, and Van Jones; organized a special 3-hour Deep Dive with William McDonough; moderated a keynote panel with Hunter Lovins. I recruited speakers and shaped the program for a full three day conference with over 7000 attendees featuring 175 speakers in over 3 dozen sessions along 6 Tracks including: Building Communities 2.0 Smart Grid = Smart Cities Better Business, Branding and Social Innovation Energy + H2O Entrepreneurship & Money Flow Cool Tech & Hot Products I worked with the marketing team to prepare print and web advertisements for magazines like Fast Company and Sustainable Industries. I published stories and did interviews promoting the conference in Huffington Post, TriplePundit, Greenbiz and elsewhere. I helped design and develop content for the 50-page conference guide. I coordinated and fulfilled major corporate sponsorship agreements with Home Depot, PG&E, Intel and IBM. I also designed and facilitated multiple summits before and during the conference on Retrofitting Multifamily Housing, Electric Vehicle Infrastructure, and Smart Buildings with industry leaders, public agencies, and corporate sponsors including Intel and IBM. I produced videos and whitepapers as summit results. Prior to becoming Education Director, I was a conference organizer, presenter, and track host from 2008 - 2009.
