I worked with Andrew on a project for Skullcandy. In this project, Andrew is the leading force to push for all the critical progresses. He showed tremendous amount of efforts to ensure high-quality delivery. I also found that he is very smart with data analysis and spreadsheet automation. Without his deep commitment, we wouldn't be able to receive a high level of recognition from the chief executives of Skullcandy. I would recommend him to any company that needs talent with integrity, intelligence and commitment.

Andrew was an amazing team member in all aspects. He was always on time, willing to volunteer, and his insights encouraged valuable group discussion. One of his greatest qualities is his reliability. If he was responsible for an item, I never worried about its completion.

Our business model is to produce and supply high quality safflower cooking oil to restaurants and large scale food service kitchens. When our oil has reached the end of its fry-life, we retrieve it from out customers and recondition it into fuel to power the farm equipment our growers use to raise their crops. I manage all aspects of the business from contracting with growers, to production, to logistics, planning and sales.
