  Andrew Broyles is a retired Navy Lieutenant Commander who joins Foresite as a Mentee under Zach Parra to become a Leasing Associate. Andrew served as a Submarine Nuclear Technician, then as a Surface Warfare Officer and Executive Officer for 23+ years. Andrew will put his leadership, management, work ethic, and other skills to work for you in the commercial real estate industry. Andrew holds an MBA Management degree from Jacksonville University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from New School University. In his spare time, you will find Andy camping, barbecuing, spending time with family and friends, and hanging out with his dogs. What is something unique you did while serving in the Navy? I was the Executive Officer and First Lieutenant onboard USS Constitution (a 224-year-old ship), Old Ironsides, America’s Ship of State. I had the pleasure of leading 80+ Sailors, while managing 37 different DOD and DON programs. I had the honor of planning, hosting, and being Master of Ceremonies for the Medal of Honor Society, Vietnam War Commemoration, Secretary of Interior, Secretary of the Navy, Chief of Naval Operations, Major County Sheriffs of America, Department of Defense, Queen of England’s Platinum Jubilee Celebration, Foreign Dignitaries, and Foreign Militaries.
