  I led efforts to assess, test and improve workflows and processes for collecting, describing and ingesting born digital published collections at the National Library of New Zealand. I worked collaboratively across multiple teams at the Library, and with publishers depositing material. I managed the work of the a technical specialist, and project managed a small group of staff working together on projects to automate the processing of large and complex deposits. My role was also focused on developing policy, researching issues, implementing new technology and processes, liaising with external and internal stakeholders on legal deposit matters, training and development, and collaborating across the Library.
